I had actually sketched this out a while back, but Len’s face was fighting me and fighting me and looked horrible and I didn’t really want to finish it with it looking like that. But today I tried again and finally got it to look okay, so I continued working until it was done~

So this is some more Gumi x Len fan art. I said they were my favourite Vocaloid pairing, didn’t I? :3 Originally I had just wanted to draw them dancing and didn’t have any songs in mind, but once I had looked up some Gumi and Len Magnet covers and found an awesome one (The link) I decided to turn it into a Magnet picture. But… MAN, are those butterfly wing headphones hard to draw! X___x;; Even so, I’m pretty proud of it overall.

I felt like drawing someone by themself. I felt like drawing Rin. I felt inspired to draw Story of Evil fan art. So I figured, WHY NOT?

Mmhmm~ Princess Riliane Lucifen d’Austriche/Rin Kagamine from the song “Aku no Musume”, or “Daughter of Evil”! 8D I didn’t run into any problems with it, so it was a fairly easy and fun picture to do.

The crushed green/teal flower, in her mind, represents Michaela/Miku/the girl of green and the Country of Green as a whole, which is why she crushed it in her palm and then let it drop to the ground. .3.; *shrugs* Oh, and I guess the title is the order she gave in the novel…?

I had planned to draw the Love is War versions of Gumi and Len. No idea how it turned into this. .__.

Mmhmm. Len Kagamine on the left, Gumi Megpoid on the right~ My favourite Vocaloid pairing and one of my three very favourite pairings, yupyup ♥ They fell asleep on each other under a cherry blossom tree, isn’t that adorable?!

And look at their faces. Gumi’s either enjoying the contact… or dreaming about carrots, and Len’s snoring away. 8D

Not really a whole lot to say, other than I’m proud of the tree and Len’s bangs. His bangs are usually EXTREMELY hard for me to draw, but it was easier this time for some reason n___n

Anyways… I had asked Sloan what to draw. She said Takuto Kira and Mitsuki Koyama from Full Moon wo Sagashite. When I refused, she said to draw them cosplaying as Vocaloids. How could I resist? xD;

So this is Mitsuki from the anime/manga mentioned above dressed up as Teto Kasane, the UTAUloid! (I know UTAUs and Vocaloids are different, but nobody else fits as well.) Like I said at the top, I picked Teto because they both have the same hairstyle – or at least, that was my reasoning at first. But then as I was sketching I realized they have more in common than that.

Basically, Teto had started out as a fake Vocaloid, an April Fools’ prank without a voice. But then she became a UTAU and was able to sing her heart out. Mitsuki couldn’t use her voice at the start of the story either, at least not without sharp pain in her throat (she has throat cancer). But then she met Takuto and was able to become Fullmoon. 8D So they’re kinda similiar!

Hmm, I just realized this is the second time recently I’ve drawn anime characters cosplaying as Vocaloids… well, whatever. Hope you like it, and have a great week. c:

So, yep. Rin Kagamine and the bird that represents her in the song “I Don’t Fly”. :3 Rin’s encouraging bird Rin to not worry about the flying birds and animals that can walk faster than her, and just believe in herself and go at her own pace (or something like that)! I was listening to a different, upbeat song of Rin’s (right after I Don’t Fly), got the idea, drew it, and yeah. C: Nothing really special but I’m happy with it~

So this time, I drew fan art of concept art of Miku. xD

While browsing around Miku’s page on the wiki for vocaloids, I saw a page of concept art from when the person who designed her was still designing her. o3o Two out of the three designs on it were pretty much Miku’s current design with just little differences (like a design on her tie or where it’s normally grey being black) but this one was really different, and I liked it a lot. So I decided to draw it. 8D

As for the title, it’s the meaning of “miku hatsu-ne”. I figured it would be a good name since this was from before Miku got her current looks and thus even more first-like~

…wellllll I’m running out of things to say so um just look below, ’cause a lot of stuff that had been sitting around is now posted and there’s even an original picture! 8D;
